Where is the Museum located?
The Children's Museum of St. Tammany is located at the Koop Drive Trailhead off of Highway 59 and I-12. Our address is 21404 Koop Drive, Mandeville, Louisiana. View us on the map here.

What are the Museum hours?
Hours of exploration are:
Monday - CLOSED
Tuesday - Friday- 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday - 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
 
 
Tickets can be purchased upon arrival to the Museum. 
 

How much is admission to the Museum?
Admission to the museum is $12 for all guests over the age of 12 months.

What is your photography policy?
Photography and filming are conducted by the Children's Museum of St. Tammany for marketing and educational purposes. Entering the museum and/or purchase of admission or program ticket constitutes your consent for the Children's Museum of St. Tammany to use any photos, images, or film it deems appropriate without payment, inspection, or review.

Feel free to take photos and post about your visit. We love seeing and sharing (with permission) visitor photos on our social media outlets—when posting your photos, tag us at #CMSTkids so we can see them, too! When photographing more than just your group, please be considerate and respectful of the privacy of our other guests.

Where can we keep our stroller while we play?
For the safety of our guests, strollers are not permitted in the exhibit space. Limited stroller parking is available along the outdoor walkway of the ARTworks Gallery of the Museum.

Can I drop my child off at the museum?
A guardian or caregiver must accompany a child throughout the Museum. Guardians or caregivers must be 16 years of age or older.

Where can I park?
Complimentary parking (including ADA compliant parking) is provided in the lot directly in front of the Kids Konnection Playground on Koop Drive. There is also a gravel parking lot located adjacent to the Tammany Trace and across the street from the Kids Konnection parking lot.

Who is included in my Membership Package?
Memberships allow unlimited admission for named family members for regular museum hours, programming, and activities. When purchasing a Membership, all members associated with that membership MUST BE NAMED for entry to the Museum. Your Membership card and official I.D. must be presented for admission.
