Rules&Policies

These Rules and Guidelines are provided for the safety and comfort of all our guests.

General Rules

Adults or guardians 18 years and older are responsible for their children and must accompany them at all times.
Visitors may leave and return using their wristbands on the same day of purchase.
Shoes must be worn at all times except while in Little Lake Tots.
No food or beverages allowed in the Museum.
No loitering, excessive running or yelling.
Abusive and obscene language is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted in the Museum.
Weapons are not permitted in the Museum.
Animals are not allowed in the Museum except for certified service animals.

While in the Museum…

Enjoy the Museum and take a picture or two but please refrain from use of cell phones, iPads, laptops or any screen devices.
Return all exhibit pieces and props to their proper place when finished and place any soiled items in the designated containers.
Hang all costumes up after playing in the exhibit area.
Please take your artwork home or place in the designated area for drying or recycling.
Parents are encouraged to play in the exhibits with their children.
Be gentle with our exhibits. Help us keep them beautiful for a long time!
Please report any issues directly to a staff member.
Take turns!
Please be courteous to the other visitors and give everyone a chance to enjoy their time at the Museum.
