ASTRO CAMP® will be held at the Children's Museum of St. Tammany, located at 21404 Koop Drive, Mandeville, LA 70471.
The tuition is $250 per camper for ASTRO CAMP® (Incoming Grades 2nd-4th). Camp tuition covers the cost of materials used in the course of camp, including daily snacks, t-shirt, camp journals and consumables for hands-on activities, and a field trip to Stennis Space Center in Pearlington, MS.
Camp activities and curriculum will be repeated each week of camp.
You will receive a camp packet within one week of registering that contains important release forms that must be signed and returned during our parent orientation that is scheduled for 8:30am on the first Monday of each session.
Campers must bring lunch each day. An afternoon snack will be provided. Campers may pack their own afternoon snack.
Campers will receive one camp t-shirt to be worn each day. Additional t-shirts may be purchased at $10.00 per shirt.
All registration forms and payments must be received before the first day of camp. You will receive a packet in the mail with all forms, camp rules, etc. within one week of receiving your application.
At least one parent/gaurdian and all campers must attend ASTRO CAMP® orientation on first Moday of each session at 8:30am at the Children's Museum of St. Tammany. We will review camp rules, drop-off and pick-up procedures and the schedule for the week. Camp hours are 8:00am – 3:00pm Tuesday-Friday. Carline will begin at 3:15pm.
